If you love seafood then a trip to the West of Scotland is a must, from lobster to langoustines, scallops, fresh oysters, loch fyne kippers, you’ll be spoilt for choice!

Scotland produces some excellent cheese, try Strathdon Blue, Clava Brie, Caboc, Black Crowdie, Anster, Cheddar to name but a few.
